We are on a mission to create equal opportunities for women at work to close the gender leadership gap globally. By connecting outstanding female talents with inclusive companies we are one step closer to our mission.
We started the female factor in 2019 with the aim to create a community for the next generation of female decision-makers. We support these female leaders through mentoring, networking and our career programs.
In 2020 we started to connect fantastic companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, Bank Austria and many more with our female talents.
So the next step was pretty clear to us: Launching Europe's first job platform for female talents, connecting them to inclusive companies.
