your area of responsibility
Act as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients and event sponsors, demonstrating proactive communication and exceptional customer service
Serve as the link of communication between our clients & internal teams
Facilitate meetings with clients to comprehend their specific employer branding and diversity requirements, as well as event objectives and recruiting efforts
Collaborate with our internal creative and event management teams to design and implement tailor-made strategies that address the unique needs of each client
Provide clients with regular updates, progress reports, and performance analysis on employer branding campaigns, diversity initiatives, and events
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth
Resolve any challenges faced by our clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and foster new business opportunities around Europe
Monitor and evaluate the success of employer branding and diversity campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
Oversee all client-related projects through ClickUp, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and workflows are streamlined for efficient execution and timely delivery

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in project mgmt, key account or consulting
Previous experience in agency work, customer service, event management or sales preferred
Good understanding of marketing & branding
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English and German
Experience in project management (clickup) and working across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We'd like to inform you that this role requires an approx. commitment of 15-20 hours per week with future possibility to increase to 25-30 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. The minimum salary for this position is based on your work experience in accordance with the consulting collective agreement, starting at €2,200 for a full-time role
However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
