your area of responsibility
coordination of services for executives: Deliver our leadership offers tailored to the needs of female executives, focusing on networking, business development, personal development, hiring and visibility.
stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison for community members, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded via mail, phone and linkedin.
high-level networking: Facilitate high-value networking events and initiatives, creating spaces for collaboration, sharing of best practices, and strategic connections among female leaders.
career transition support: Conducting conversations with leaders to understand their career aspirations and providing tailored support in identifying and securing new opportunities that align with their goals, thereby facilitating their transition into roles where their leadership can flourish.
visibility services: Coordinating visibility services with leaders for editorial features in the lead magazine, speaking engagement, social media coverage and more to enhance their profiles.
