your area of responsibility

  • Provide first-line technical support to colleagues across all locations, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner

  • Set up and maintain devices, user accounts, and access rights during onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, in coordination with external IT partners

  • Track and resolve requests through our internal helpdesk system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups

  • Maintain and update internal IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles

  • Support the management of office IT infrastructure, including local networks, printers, and shared devices

  • Collaborate with internal teams to map digital processes and identify opportunities for improved integrations or workflows

  • Assist with vendor management and procurement tasks, including contract tracking and license renewals

  • Contribute to small internal projects aimed at improving systems, tools, or operational efficiency

  • Monitor and report on key system metrics or errors, escalating issues when needed and supporting troubleshooting efforts

  • Manage Google Workspace and other core platforms, handling user access, basic configurations, and vendor coordination when needed

your profile

  • Experienced in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with a solid understanding of operating systems and basic network management

  • Comfortable with internal helpdesk systems and able to document technical procedures clearly and effectively

  • Confident supporting business process mapping, data integrations, and digital platforms across multiple teams

  • Familiar with vendor coordination, including contracts, purchase orders, and procurement-related tasks

  • Structured in your approach to problem-solving, with a proactive mindset for identifying and improving inefficiencies

  • Comfortable taking initiative, asking the right questions, and suggesting improvements when needed

  • Motivated by helping others and making tools, processes, and systems work smoothly across teams and locations

  • Capable of managing small projects independently and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying up-to-date through self-directed learning

  • Based in Milan or nearby, and able to easily reach our local campuses when needed

  • Willing to occasionally travel to other Talent Garden locations to provide on-site support


Nice to have


  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, and CloudWatch

  • Previous experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems

  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies

  • Some exposure to programming languages and API integrations
