your area of responsibility

  • Ensure Talent Garden campuses are well-maintained, clean, safe, and fully operational in collaboration with local campus teams.

  • Oversee facility management activities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and security.

  • Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related services.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire codes, and health & safety standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections of our Milan campuses and address any maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

  • Collaborate with internal and external architects or designers to enhance workspace design and functionality.

  • Oversee renovation and repair projects requiring technical expertise, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet safety and quality standards.

  • Support facility budget planning and optimization of maintenance, utilities, and supply costs.

  • Provide guidance and training to local campus teams and support onboarding for new operations team members collaborating with the RSPP.

  • Cooperate with the RSPP in the writing of all Health & Safety documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire codes, health & safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

  • Coordinate with HR and regional HSE teams to ensure all employees are trained in fire safety, first aid, and emergency protocols.

  • Organize and oversee evacuation drills and maintain up-to-date risk assessment documentation with the RSPP

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and real estate regulations, addressing any potential issues in collaboration with legal and real estate teams.

  • Support negotiations and contracting processes with facility-related service providers, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and real estate terms.

  • Advise on and help implement campus IT and digital infrastructure (e.g., printers, Wi-Fi) as needed.

  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and promote sustainability and waste reduction strategies.

your profile

  • A strong project manager, capable of leading complex renovations, relocations, and improvement initiatives across multiple locations

  • Deeply knowledgeable in building systems, infrastructure, and relevant compliance requirements (e.g., HVAC, fire safety, H&S regulations)

  • Confident in negotiating with vendors and external partners, balancing cost efficiency with service quality

  • Experienced in managing and optimizing large-scale facility budgets and related operational costs

  • Able to coach and support junior colleagues and local teams, fostering consistency and operational excellence

  • A clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English at a native or near-native level – this is mandatory. Italian is strongly preferred. Any other European language is considered a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment, adapting to evolving business needs

  • Naturally inclined to identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in facility operations

  • Based in Milan, with regular on-site presence at our campus to ensure close coordination with local teams and effective oversight of facility operations.
