your area of responsibility

  • Obtain construction and work permits from the Royal Thailand Army.

  • Develop and implement a plan for financial controls and project budgeting.

  • Provide leadership in the completion of construction work, documentation, and inspection of construction quality.

  • Review project plans and specifications for technical soundness and determine the feasibility from a construction management perspective.

  • Monitor construction contractors to ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.

  • Review submittals to ensure that they meet project specifications.

  • Perform field inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

  • Implement construction safety and quality control programs on-site.

  • Perform other responsibilities as needed and appropriate for this role.

your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of construction work experience.

  • Must be a Thailand-registered Engineer.

  • Strong understanding of all facets of the construction process.

  • Proficient in using Primavera scheduling software and MS Office.

  • Strong English written and spoken communication skills.

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
