your area of responsibility
Oversee operations by managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of Planate in Thailand, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Manage staff and resources by ensuring efficient and effective use of resources (staff, finances, etc.) and maintaining compliance with local and international standards.
Act as local coordinator by communicating the needs and support required to ensure that Planate’s activities in Thailand are compliant and aligned with the organization’s goals.
Bridge cultural barriers by adapting communication and relationships to local cultural nuances and building positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local teams.
Support global initiatives by collaborating with headquarters and other country managers to ensure local and international projects are well-supported.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, managing communication and ensuring seamless interaction with Planate’s global teams.
Lead public relations and branding activities by overseeing marketing, advertising, and communications in Thailand, and working with the Business Development team on proposals and media relations.
Assess staff performance by providing coaching and development plans to enhance team efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations by liaising with management to provide reports on activities and maintaining financial controls.
Support non-profit initiatives by assisting with Planate’s non-profit activities and ensuring they align with the company’s mission and values.
your profile
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of client management experience, with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing business relationships
Strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and generate reports
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills, capable of negotiating, influencing others, and taking initiative to solve problems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Capable of working with various teams to provide support for business development, proposal capture, and vendor and contract management
