your area of responsibility

  • Oversight of planning, studies, site investigations, and surveys.

  • Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.

  • Provide oversight of design management and technical reviews for constructability and code compliance.

  • Assist in contract procurement and respond to bid questions.

  • Set up a temporary office, organize records, and schedule meetings.

  • Monitor special inspection services, including hazardous material removal and historical significance reviews.

  • Provide tenant relocation and moving services.

  • Offer onsite technical assistance for repair estimates and timelines.

  • Develop plans and conceptual design solutions.

  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.

your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • At least 10 years of construction engineering or management experience.

  • Completed OSHA 30 training within the last 2 years.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks and large projects, including budgets and schedules.

  • Knowledge of Federal building design criteria and scheduling tools like Primavera P3/P6.

  • Valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills in English.

  • Must lawfully reside in the U.S. and be eligible for employment (no visa sponsorship).

  • Remote position preferred for candidates in Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, South Dakota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, or Minnesota for occasional onsite visits.
