your area of responsibility
Oversee operations by managing the day-to-day activities of Planate in Thailand, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Manage staff and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations, maintaining compliance with both local and international standards.
Act as the local coordinator by communicating the needs and support required to ensure that Planate’s activities in Thailand are compliant and aligned with the organization’s goals.
Collaborate with headquarters and other country managers to ensure smooth global operations and consistency in organizational practices.
Bridge communication barriers by adapting to cultural nuances and building positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and managing client needs effectively.
Lead public relations efforts by coordinating with the Business Development team on marketing, advertising, and branding strategies to promote the company’s services and maintain good media relations.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to enhance team efficiency and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, report activities to management, and maintain financial controls for the organization’s operations in Thailand.
Support the non-profit activities of Planate and its affiliates while ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s values and goals.
your profile
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of client management experience with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing business relationships
Strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently
Ability to negotiate, influence others, and manage difficult conversations effectively
Capable of analyzing data, creating reports, and making data-driven decisions
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and management
Knowledge of local laws and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance within the organization
Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and manage cross-functional relationships
