your area of responsibility

  • Work with Customers, Partners, and Google Product teams to scope, manage and deliver implementations of Conversational AI solutions into production.

  • Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of Conversational AI solutions (including Agent Assist and Agent Insights) according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.

  • Coach customers on the practical challenges in Conversational AI: design of conversational flows, integrations with 3rd party systems like contact centers, websites, mobile applications, and popular messaging platforms.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve business challenges with Conversational AI.

  • Travel regularly up to 30%, (although we also frequently use video conferencing) in-person for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.

your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.

  • Experience in one or more discipline areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, or artificial intelligence.

  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience building conversational applications with Google Dialogflow or similar products/tools.

  • Experience building applications powered by Large Language Models.

  • Experience in technical consulting.

  • Understanding of contact center technologies and platforms (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.).
