your profile
Minimum of 8 years of experience of in-house recruiting, preferably within rapid scaling B2B SaaS organisations.
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adhering to timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Extensive experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, possessing the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
A results-driven mindset with a keen focus on metrics and outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
