your area of responsibility
Understanding the needs of the market and our partner companies
Initiating and establishing long-term business partnerships with our existing and future partners
Teamwork - working closely with the Sales, Recruitment, and Education team to encourage the "match-making" process between our partners & Codecoolers
Managing partner meetings and contracting processes, organizing demo-days when the partners can meet our Codecoolers
Client support and their continuous follow-up
your profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales/Recruitment/Hospitality/Client Management - so you know how to deal with different people and you can use your creativity when it comes to problems, issues that must be solved
You are confident both in Hungarian & English, in writing and speaking as well
You have great interpersonal and communication skills, you are good at establishing new partnerships and convincing others
You have a persistent and enthusiastic attitude
You already have an established network of contacts and are open to expanding it
